Items are priced per dozen. For every 1 Qty added, you will receive 12 of the selected item(s).

Please allow a 3-week turnaround time for local orders and 4 weeks for shipped orders. This gives us time to provide mockups for you and collaborate on any design changes. For orders needed to be rushed, there will be no editing of final design and will consist of a rush fee of $30.

Yes, we offer bulk discounts for orders over $500. Please contact us for more information.

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.

 Before we process your order, we will email you the final personalization details for confirmation. You will have 48 hours to review and request any changes. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your item will be created and shipped with the design as it was confirmed. 

 If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will assume that the design is correct and proceed with creating and shipping your item as confirmed. 

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders at $35 and ensure your items will be packed with utmost care!

Anything and everything! No request will be turned away. Our goal is to make your moment special no matter the occasion.

Due to the personalization of items, we do not accept returns. 

 Once you’ve received the confirmation email with the final design, you have 48 hours to request any changes. After this 48-hour window, we will proceed with production, and no further changes can be made.
