Because our items are made to order and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any reason. Please ensure that all personalization details (such as names, dates, etc.) are correct before placing your order.
2. Confirmation of Personalization
Before processing your order, we will email you the final personalization details for confirmation. You will have at least 48 hours to make any necessary changes. Once confirmed, we will proceed with processing your order.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at bchoneybee081319@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if applicable, work with you to resolve the situation.
